The Laboratory of Statistical Analyses in Humanities, in coordination with the Laboratory of Arabic Grammar Modernization, organized a national symposium on the occasion of the International Day of the Arabic Language, titled "Innovation and Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education: Reality and Perspectives," chaired by Pr.Hicham Khaldi. The symposium featured in-depth discussions across eight main themes, exploring various aspects of digital and technological transformation in the higher education system.

The symposium began with a discussion on the strategic vision of educational curricula, where participants emphasized the need to reassess traditional approaches and adopt a future-oriented perspective that accommodates rapid technological changes. The interventions focused on the importance of developing educational leadership mechanisms that enable educational institutions to meet the demands of the labor market and contemporary challenges.

National academic traditions were a central theme in the discussions, with participants stressing the need to preserve educational identity while embracing modern technologies. In-depth discussions also took place on the role of information and communication technologies in enhancing the quality of education and improving educational outcomes.

The symposium paid special attention to institutional culture and innovation, highlighting the importance of creating an educational environment that fosters creativity and innovation. At the conclusion of the symposium, the focus was placed on the status of the Arabic language amid technological transformations, emphasizing the importance of preserving its uniqueness and strengthening its presence in the rapidly evolving scientific and technological fields.
